12 Hr Pre-Certification and 5 Hr Continuing Education

GAPPS is designated as an authorized provider of the twelve (12) hour certification training course required before one may take the certification test and apply for certification.

We are also designated as an authorized provider of the 5 hour Continuing Education course. Once Certified, you are required to take 5 hours of CE each year of your 3 year certification (15 hours total).

GAPPS leaders have worked closely with the Administrative Office of the Courts and Judicial Council to develop a certification program that insures that Certified Process Servers in Georgia are fully cognizant of the laws that govern process serving in Georgia and understand their professional responsibilities.

The 12 hour Pre-Certification class that is offered by GAPPS is intended for those that want to fulfill one of the requirements for statewide certification.

EDUCATION /SEMINAR CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations reaching GAPPS by 5:00 p.m. the day before the seminar date will receive a registration fee refund less a $15 administrative fee. Otherwise, the registrant will be considered a ‘no show’ and will not receive a registration fee refund.
